| Objectives |
| The objectives of Caribbean Boys in Care are the pursuit of the followings: |
| Maintain and develop an accessible and flexible professional service in response to social problems of Caribbean Boys in Care. |
| Relieve distress, mobilise personal resources and facilitate growth in adolescents towards responsibility and self-fulfilment. |
| Prevent or alleviate suffering caused by unwanted pregnancy, mental psychological disturbance and maladaptation in adult and future family relationships. |
| Develop the capacity and skills of the members of Caribbean Boys in Care in such a way that they are better able to identify, and help meet their needs and to participate more fully in society. |
| Promote the benefit of the Caribbean boys in Care and the surrounding area and to provide relief from financial hardship and social and/or economic disadvantage and to advance the education of its residents of all ages. |
| Provide opportunities for the Caribbean boys in care to participate fully in the life of their community in ways which address and alleviate social and economic disadvantage. |
| Relieve Caribbean children in care who are in need, by providing specially designed or adapted housing, and items, services and facilities calculate to relieve the needs of such persons. |
| Relieve financial hardship, sickness and poor health amongst the children in care. |
| Provide or assist in the provision of facilities in the interests of social welfare for the recreation or other leisure time occupation of the chidren in care, who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age infirmity or disability, financial hardship or social circumstances with the object of improving their conditions of life. |
